ضمن برامجها الدؤوبة لتطوير ورفع كفاءة موظفيها، انجزت شركة الوسيلة لتأجير السيارات المحدودة (هرتز السعودية) بنجاح دورة تدريبية في مجال ( خدمة العملاء في تطوير المبيعات)، وحضر الدورة كافة الموظفين والموظفات الذين لهم اتصال مباشر بالعميل، تهدف الدورة إلى رفع مستوى وعي الموظف والموظفة بالطرق الحديثة في معرفة حاجات العميل والعمل على تلبيتها بطرق احترافية وايجابية، كما تساهم مثل هذه الدورات في تحفيز الموظف والموظفة من خلال تسليحه بالمعرفة ورفع مستوى الثقة بالنفس أثناء خدمة العميل.

Hertz Saudi Arabia holds a training course for employees
As part of its continuous programs to develop and raise the efficiency of its employees, Al Wasilah Car Rental Company L. L. C. (Hertz Saudi Arabia) successfully completed a training course in the field of (Customer Service in Sales Development), and all employees who have direct contact with the customer attended the course. The course aims to raise the level of awareness of the employee of modern methods in knowing the customer’s needs and working to meet them in professional and positive ways. Such courses also contribute to motivating the employee by arming him/her with knowledge and raising the level of self-confidence while serving the customer.
